The consultation formally ends at 23.59hrs on Friday, 1st October 2010, according to the covering letter from the council leader.

It was closed this morning when I tried to support a concerned resident complete it...
Hmm it now says its open until 23.59hrs on Friday, 1st October 2010. It DEFINITELY stated it was closed this afternoon (around 12.15). I said you could fill in the survey but that it would not be submitted. This resulted in a borough resident not participating, as she had visited where I work to do it online, not having a computer at home...
It's open now and the accompanying letter says it's open until 23.59 on 1 October. Please try again!
